Tessera Tracks (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Tessera Tracks mobile application (the “Service”).

This page explains what data the Service does and does not collect. In short: Tessera Tracks has no user accounts, and the audio you import and your settings stay on your device.

Your Audio & Library

The learning tracks you import, the songs and parts you create from them, your markers, loop points, and mixer settings are stored locally on your device. They are never uploaded to us or to any third party. Tessera Tracks has no account system and no cloud copy of your library.

Analytics & App Health

To understand how the app is used and to keep it stable, Tessera Tracks uses Google Firebase Analytics and Performance Monitoring, which collect aggregate, non-identifying usage and performance data (for example, which screens are opened and how the app performs). The app also uses Firebase App Check (with an anonymous identifier) to protect its back-end services from abuse. None of this includes your audio, your library, or personal account information — there are no accounts.

Data Security

Tessera Tracks makes use of Google Firebase for the analytics and app services described above. Information on Firebase’s privacy and security practices can be found at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Children’s Privacy

Tessera Tracks is a general-audience music-learning tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
